BELCO provided design, drawings, permit, labor, materials, equipment and project management to build the electrical system for a new 30,391sq. ft., retail center. This project was managed by the owner and operator of the property. The electrical installation consisted of a new primary and secondary duct bank, pad mount transformer, TNMP company tap box, electrical service wire way, house service with panel and transformer, exterior lighting, pole lights, lighting controls, underground conduits for future site development and temporary wiring for construction.
