BELCO provided design, drawings, permit, labor, materials, equipment and project management to build the electrical system for a new 10,000 sq. ft. daycare at Westover Plaza. This project was managed by the owner and operator of the property. The electrical installation consisted of a new 250 amp 480 volt 3phase service, 277/480 volt panel, 45kva transformer, 120/208 volt panel, HVAC circuits and connections, lighting circuits and fixtures, lighting controls, exit/egress lighting, receptacles, electric water heater circuits/connections and temporary wiring for construction.
